Co-Working Hours are 10a-4p, Monday-Friday

Drop-In Day Rate is $20

Weekly Rate is $25

Monthly Rate is $60

We rent the space in blocks of 4hrs-5hrs at a time, which includes an 1hr for set-up and 1hr for breakdown and the remainder of the time for your event.

Weekday Evening Rental Rates is $60/hr

Mondays-Fridays: Session 1 is 5pm-9pm (4hrs) = $240 | Session 2 is 10pm-2am (5hrs) = $300

Weekend Day Rental Rates is $75/hr

Saturdays & Sundays: Session 1 is 10am-2pm (4hrs) = $300 | Session 2 is 4pm-8pm (4hrs) = $300

Weekend Night Rental Rates is $125/hr

Saturdays & Sundays: Night Session 1 is 9p-2am (5hrs) = $625
